The Challenge:
A Tier 1 parts and service franchiser was looking to generate awareness for their quarterly tire and service offers. Their mission was to drive hand-raisers, services, and parts sales.
The Solution:
We created a 90-day promotional website & Facebook application targeting in-market competitive tire and auto maintenance shoppers with an exclusive vehicle service offer plus a chance to win the ultimate Hawaiian getaway. The Facebook application was syndicated to 40+ franchisee Facebook pages. The campaign was supported with hyper-local media support including Facebook advertising, email marketing, and franchisee website assets.
The Results: 17.6% of Hand-raisers came in for a service during the promotional period. Over 12% of the services were people who had not been in for a service in the past year or more.
